Customers can cancel their orders before they are sent for delivery.
Refund Policy
In case you receive damaged or spoiled fruits, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by sending a photo of the product.
After verification, we may provide a replacement product or a refund.
Refund Processing
We will process refunds to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to be processed.
Non-Refundable Situations
We may not be able to provide a refund if the customer makes a complaint after 24 hours of delivery or has consumed the product.
